CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Regal Ballantyne Village will close in February to make way for office space.

Ballantyne Village owner Stonemar Properties plans to bring 53,000 square feet of Class A office space to the theater site, says Jonathan Gould, co-managing member of Stonemar.
