Bobby Fish Not Currently Signed to Impact Wrestling
Bobby Fish was a member of AEW and The Undisputed ERA in All Elite Wrestling before he stepped out and away from the company. He appeared on Impact Wrestling’s Victory Road show but it appears that he’s not officially signed to any actual contract.
According to PWInsider, Fish is not contractually obligated or has signed with Impact Wrestling. The wrestler is filming some backstage content that will be used in the forthcoming shows on AXS.
Joining Fish is Joe Hendry who was also filming content, but hasn’t signed with Impact Wrestling either. While the two were interrupted by Raj Singh and Mahabali Shera, they never got into a physical altercation.
Impact can’t fire me; I don’t work here
Fish is scheduled for Bound For Glory PPV on October 7, as well as a television taping the next day, which takes place in Albany, New York which coincidentally is Fish’s hometown. We cannot affirm if the deal will be signed and the pen will hit the paper by that date.
Fish is no longer an employee of any promotion, so he has the authority to be around anywhere. It would be interesting to see if he steps into the ring under the new regime in the WWE.
